Terms of Services

Upon sending me a commission order, you have agreed to my terms of services listed below. If you (client) did not read the ToS, I will NOT be held responsible for any misconceptions.

Important Notes

  • Due to being busy with my job irl, my progress will be slow as I'm suffering from extreme burnt out & I do apologize in advance. I do not recommend commissioning me if you need it urgently. Please be patient.

  • I prefer visual/image references only. Written description will not be entertained.

  • I will start on your commission AFTER payment has been made. Sketch + Color preview will also be sent to be checked by the client.

  • FULL payment only. Half payment is NOT accepted.

  • Minor changes may be requested after the art is finished. (Such as skin tone/color,eye color,etc.)

  • Major changes such as pose change/character change/addition after the art is finished is not allowed & I will consider it as a new commission request. Additional stuff that are requested to be added to the finished piece will be charged.

  • Personal use only.

  • I have the rights to decline a commission if it's too complicated for me or if I do not feel comfortable drawing it.

  • Upfront payment in USD / MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) only.

  • Payment can be made either with PayPal OR bank in/transfer if you are a local Malaysian.

  • NO REFUNDS.

  • Client may post the art on their own site but please be sure to give credit!

I retain the rights to the commissioned artwork/s & by commissioning me, you are allowing me to use & feature the commissioned work/s on my portfolio / website / social media & future published art books.
